Prominent South African actor, director, creator, dancer and singer Mahlubi Kraai has died.

The family of the gifted producer and author confirmed yesterday that Mahlubi died last night in Rustenburg, North West.

Mahlubi was renowned for his role as privy in SABC1 drama series Mzansi from 2004 to 2006.
