Family spokesperson and Communication From A Broken Jar author, Bafana Nhlapo spoke to Daily Sun about the music genius.
“ Khuli failed on Tuesday morning. He was n’t okay; he’d some major health lapses. He’d been admitted to sanitarium for a week,” he said.

Bafana said Khuli’s creativity scored the band a nomination at this time’s Crown Gospel Music Awards for Stylish Gospel Group.
“ When I heard of his death, I knew that the music stopped and the song continued – because he came the song. We used to talk about taking old songs and reviving them because by doing that, you could tell dispatches else,” he said.

“ There are a lot of old songs with great dispatches, but people have n’t heard them because they weren’t done well. Khuli would take an old song and turn it into commodity awful. Communication From A Broken Jar is nominated for a Crown Gospel Award and it’s all because of the music he helped come up with,” said Bafana.
Khuli will be buried on Saturday, 13 November, in Soshanguve, Tshwane.

“ Because he worked with so numerous musicians, we’re still in addresses with the Tshwane University of Technology to host a homage musicale coming Friday,” he said.
“ I know people will miss his unreservedness because he was n’t hysterical to let anyone know that they were out-tune. That’s what we loved the most about him – he’d tell people that we’re supposed to sing and not cry. He’ll be missed.”
