RIP: AKA died with his friend Tibz. AKA Death Update

AKA and his friend, Tebello “ Tibz ” Motsoane were shot and killed by two unknown markswomen in Durban.

The rapper whose real name was Kiernan Forbes was said to be heading for his auto with his friend who’s popularly known as a cook and creative when pellets were scattered at them.

Kiernan reportedly failed after 5 pellets hit him; his friend too failed at the same spot.

“ It wasn’t a drive- by shooting. AKA and Tibz were killed by two suspects who walked towards them from across the road, and shot them from close range, ” a police officer revealed to eNCA.

South African celebrities who are familiar with both personalities have taken to social media to mourn them.
