John Legend makes a tattoo to remember son

John Legend possesses an identical tattoo together with his wife Chrissy Teigen in honor of their baby son. The “Sports Illustrated” model had previously revealed her inking in tribute to Jack, who she and John devastatingly lost when Chrissy suffered a miscarriage last month, but now John possesses his own tattoo in memory of Jack. Meanwhile, Chrissy revealed she was told she could have died during childbirth when she suffered her devastating pregnancy loss.

The 34-year-old model said: “I was previously on bed rest for over a month, just trying to urge the small dude to twenty-eight weeks, a ‘safer’ zone for the fetus. My doctors diagnosed me with partial placenta abruption.

“We monitored it very closely, hoping for things to heal and stop. In bed, I bled and bled, lightly but all day, changing my very own diapers every few hours when the blood got uncomfortable to get in.

“My bleeding was getting heavier and heavier. The fluid around Jack had become very low – he was barely ready to float around.
“At some points, I swore it had been so low I could lay on my back and feel his arms and legs from outside my belly.”

Chrissy was then given the devastating news that Jack “wouldn’t survive”, as doctors warned her that if she carried on bleeding, there was an opportunity she could lose her own life also.

She added: “After a few nights at the hospital, my doctor told me exactly what I knew was coming – it had been time to mention goodbye. He just wouldn’t survive this, and if it went on anymore, I’d not either. We had tried bags and bags of blood transfusions, every single one going throughout me like we hadn’t done anything in the least.

“Late one night, I used to be told it might be time to abandoning within the morning. I cried a touch initially, then went into full-blown convulsions of snot and tears, my breath unable to catch up with my very own incredibly deep sadness.

“Even as I write this now, I can feel the pain everywhere again. Oxygen was placed over my nose and mouth, which was the primary picture you saw. Utter and complete sadness.
